The media landscape has changed dramatically since Sister Beth Murphy and her guest, Sister Rose Pacatte, completed advanced degrees in pastoral communications theology and media literacy 30 years ago. About our guests

Sister Rose Pacatte, a member of the Daughters of St. Paul, is the founding director of the Los Angeles-based Pauline Center for Media Studies, a film critic, author, and sought-after speaker on all things media and pop culture. She writes reviews and commentary for National Catholic Reporter, and has authored several books, including biographies of the artist Corita Kent and West Wing star Martin Sheen.
