Season Five: Episode 10

Introduction

Three Springfield Dominican Sisters who live at St. Mary’s Convent in Aurora, Ill., welcome listeners into their lives for a look at the rhythms and patterns of community life, which St. Dominic called “the Holy Preaching.” 

 

Our guests

Sisters Jane Ann Beckman, Kathleen Gallagher, and Katrina Lamkin live together at St. Mary’s Convent in Aurora and minister nearby. Sister Jane Ann teaches citizenship classes at the Dominican Literacy Center, Sister Kathleen is a resource teacher at a Catholic school in nearby Naperville, and Sister Katrina is a volunteer at the Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry.
